The exhaust pipe of the tractor is catching fire, which is a malfunction of the tractor. What solutions do we have based on this malfunction?
The fuel did not fully burn in time, and even did not reach the combustion peak. When the engine enters the next stroke, the still burning mixture is discharged. The reasons and troubleshooting methods for this phenomenon are as follows:
(1) The fuel injection advance angle is too small. The solution is to adjust the advance angle and replace the worn parts.
(2) The solution to gas timing misalignment or simply gear installation error is to correct it in a timely manner.
(3) Part of the fuel injectors are blocked, and the outlet valve occasionally shows severe wear. The solution is to replace the worn parts.
(4) The exhaust valve is not tightly closed, the valve spring is too weak, the spring is broken, or the valve clearance is too small. The solution is to grind or replace the valve and adjust the valve clearance.
(5) The sealing of the fuel injector needle valve is poor and there is dripping oil. The solution is to replace the needle valve.
(6) Some valve push rods are bent or stuck. The solution is to replace the worn parts.
