1. Take anti rust measures and park the wheel trailer in the garage as much as possible to prevent erosion from wind, sun, rain, and snow.
2. Timely clean and replace the engine oil filter, gearbox gear oil, elevator hydraulic oil, and oil filter. It is strictly prohibited to mix different grades of oil. It is recommended to use Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery special oil and multifunctional oil.
3. Loosen the engine fan belt, remove it if necessary, wrap it up and store it separately, and spray rust inhibitor into the groove of the pulley. The areas on the surface of the tractor where paint has peeled off should be repainted.
4. Protective materials (such as canvas, waterproof cloth, or oil paper) should be used to seal the unclosed pipe openings of the engine, such as the intake and exhaust ports, to prevent foreign objects, dust, and moisture from entering.
5. Place all joysticks in neutral position (including electrical system switches and parking brake), align the front wheels of the tractor, and place the suspension rods in the low position.
6. For users who add water to the radiator, it is important to promptly drain the cooling water after use to avoid freezing and cracking of the body.
7. Regularly clean and maintain the fuel tank, park the tractor on a level surface, turn off the engine, remove the drain plug under the fuel tank, and drain the sediment at the bottom of the tank.
8. Regularly check the battery capacity and check the battery voltage every month. When the voltage is below 12.5V, charge it in a timely manner to avoid difficulty in charging after long-term storage and affecting its lifespan. Check the charging and quality of the battery through the electric eye. Green indicates qualified and sufficient battery, black indicates low battery, and white indicates battery damage. Remove the battery when not in use for a long time and place it in a ventilated, dry, and flameless place. If not in use for a short period of time, turn off the main power switch.
9. According to the instructions in the user manual, clean the old lubricating grease and replace it with a new one for the lubrication parts that need to be lubricated.
