Requirements for blade arrangement and configuration of rotary tillers

In order to avoid missed cultivation and blockage during the operation of the rotary tiller, and to ensure even force on the blade shaft, the arrangement and configuration of the rotary tiller blades on the blade shaft should meet the following requirements:
1. Two or more blades should be equipped to ensure equal soil cutting amount, in order to achieve good soil crushing quality and a flat trench bottom after cultivation.
2. During the rotation of the blade shaft, at the same phase angle, a blade must be inserted into the soil to ensure work stability and uniform blade shaft load.
3. The arrangement and installation distance of the rotary tiller blades on the axial axis of the blade shaft, which are inserted into the soil one after another, should be as large as possible to avoid blockage.
4. The left and right curved blades should be arranged in a staggered manner as much as possible to balance the force on both ends of the blade shaft. Generally, the blades are arranged in a spiral pattern.
