1. At the beginning of the homework, the rotary tiller should be in the raised state. First, combine the power output shaft to increase the blade shaft speed to the rated speed, and then lower the rotary tiller to gradually insert the blades into the soil to the required depth. It is strictly prohibited to combine the power output shaft or sharply lower the rotary tiller after the blade enters the soil, in order to avoid bending or breaking the blade and increasing the load on the tractor.
2. In homework, it is advisable to travel at a low speed as much as possible, which can ensure the quality of the work, make the soil fine, and reduce the wear and tear of the machinery. Pay attention to listening for any noise or metal tapping sounds from the rotary tiller, and observe the condition of broken soil and plowing depth. If there are any abnormalities, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the operation can only continue after troubleshooting.
3. When turning on the ground, it is prohibited to work. The rotary tiller should be raised to lift the blades off the ground, and the tractor throttle should be reduced to avoid damaging the blades. When lifting a rotary tiller, the tilt angle of the universal joint should be less than 30 degrees. If it is too large, it will produce impact noise, causing premature wear or damage.
4. When reversing, crossing fields, and transferring land, the rotary tiller should be raised to the highest position and the power should be cut off to avoid damaging the machinery. If transferring to a distance, use a locking device to secure the rotary tiller.
5. After completing the homework, the rotary tiller should be maintained. Remove soil and weeds from the blade, check the tightness of all connecting parts, add lubricating oil to each lubrication point, and add butter to the universal joint to prevent further wear.
